Synopsis
Lucas Evanston has it all. He’s captain of his baseball team,
president of his fraternity and he’s on his way to Stanford law school after he
graduates in less than a year. And he can’t wait to get the hell out of Texas
and start his new life…
Until he sees Regan Pierce. One look from her turns his life upside down and inside out, but Regan isn’t any college freshman. She’s the daughter of the man who ruined the life of his childhood friend…the same friend who would do almost anything to destroy Regan.
This prequel takes place six years before Chasing Forever and focuses on the beginning of Lucas and Regan’s story.

After spending years practicing law and a million
other things, Lisa decided to pursue her dream of becoming a writer and she
must confess that inventing characters is so much more fun than writing
contracts and legal briefs. A native of Colorado, she lives with her husband
