Welcome back to the Mistress Auction. This time it’s Halloween, and Mandy is going to have a wickedly good time.
Working for Charles was a nightmare, and now that Mandy's time with him is up, there's only one way to satisfy her suppressed desires. The Mistress Auction can help her get Charles out of her system and start afresh.
Charles has been watching and waiting for months. He has bided his time, and now is his chance to take what he wants. Mandy has entered the Mistress Auction, and he's got a plan to make her his. But thirty days of her cuffed to his bed won't be enough.
What do you do when the woman you want tries to run from you? Easy. Buy her.
Warning: This book plays with dominance and submission, cuffs, spankings, lap sitting, hair pulling, crawling, and begging... If any of that turns you on, then come play with Mandy and Charles. **STANDALONE**
4 stars
I have not read Buy Me 1, but I didn’t feel lost during this short story as Alexa gave a good back detail of what had happened and who were players in the buying game. Mandy worked for the Cortez brothers whom also took her in as a sister when she had nothing. You learn quickly what transpired between the brothers and Charles Townsend as Mandy is celebrating her last day of “contract” with Charles.
Charles is taken with Mandy but she has no idea. The entire 30 days he has hounded her treating her like she was dumb, hovering over her every move and giving her no real responsibility. He interrupted dinners, invited himself to places he was not invited and was nothing short of infuriating.
Charles knew the minute he saw Mandy she had to be his. He did the only thing he knew and created a bidding war over Stella allowing for them to cut a deal for Mandy. When Mandy’s last day comes to pass all hell breaks lose. A Halloween auction is in order and Mandy is on the menu.
I really enjoyed this short story. Usually I want more but this was intense enough to keep me interested. Now I am not saying I wouldn’t have appreciated more because the characters were so different but I was satisfied.
This is a short easy read – go grab it up! I was provided an ARC for an honest review.
