Amy's 4.5 star review of Plush by KB Winters

Synopsis

4.5 Stars This is book one in what aims to be a great series. The cliffhanger is absolutely fantastic. Don’t even try to figure it out because its like getting hit by a lightning bolt. Allison is doing well in her new job with the IT department of an advertising company. A customer, Bryce, turned friend from her previous coffee shop job got her in and she isn’t going to blow this. His reputation is at stake constantly defending her abilities to his boss Rita. Allison is thrown into the lion’s den during a meeting with the company’s biggest and most important client. Cooper Brighton of Brighton Enterprises is not pleased with the latest ad attempts developed by Rita’s team. An unfortunate set of events finds Allison giving her opinion on the photographs for the ad and eventually gets her positioned at the “head” of the team to led a new angle on the products of Brighton Enterprises; Plush Cosmetics. Allison crosses a line that may just end of costing her job while heading up the team. Cooper shouldn’t have pushed her. He should have left her alone and even then after the lines are blurred he is the one who defends Allison’s actions to Rita trying to save Allison’s position with the company. Just when she thinks the dust has settled and Rita had met her match new information surfaces. Who could have known what had happened? No one knew. …… And insert HUGE cliffhanger…… This is a well written story with great characters. Excellent job! Go one click today!
