Amy's 5 glittered unicorns review of A Very Wellington Christmas (Running Into Love) Annalisa Nicole

***STANDALONE NOVELLA***
Quinn Landry loves the holidays, particularly Christmas. It’s her favorite time of year. She loves her family and especially loves being a part of the Wellington family. Family isn’t just a word to the Wellington’s…it’s everything.
She loves to spoil her nieces and has her sights set on graduating this spring. She believes that wishes and miracles, during this time of year, can come true. Her life couldn't be more perfect…until she opens her mouth under the mistletoe to one tall, dark, and brooding Levi Sutton.
Levi Sutton hates the holidays, especially the last two weeks in December. Seven years ago he lost everything that mattered in his life. He believes that wishes and miracles can only come true when unicorns fart glitter.
Other than his job, he’s bitter, withdrawn, and not interested in sharing his time or life with anyone…until his mistletoe encounter with the sassy, back talking, opinionated Quinn Landry.
If kissing under the mistletoe isn’t an option, can making a wish under the mistletoe bring not only one, but two wishes true?
Can Quinn crack Levi’s tough exterior and show him that hope, life, and love still exist?
Can Levi open his eyes to see past his clouded anger to finally forgive and allow his heart to feel love again?
This is a mature audience book and is intended for adults only.

***Standalone Novella***

Ok – This is so exciting! I clicked this one off the blog from Tracy’s post and is was soooo good. Now I haven’t read ANY of the other books but there was enough backstory to know who was who and in general what had happened and I'm so incredibly in love with this series that I haven’t even read. LOL!

In this wonderful novella we find ourselves in Quinn Landry’s head. She is attending one of the famous Wellington Sunday gatherings. Quinn loves Christmas and being around the Wellington’s is nothing short of spectacular. Quinn loves her family and especially loves being a part of the Wellington family. Family is the number one priority in the Wellington clan. The girls are spectacular and I cannot wait to read each of their stories. But, back to Quinn … Quinn has worked three side jobs all while keeping herself on track for graduation in the spring. Quinn’s outlook on life is a spectacular one. She believes in wishes, miracles and that anything can happen, especially during this time of the year. Quinn has had her eye on Levi. The dark and brooding man needs to find some happiness. Catching him under the mistletoe her mouth gets in the way of making conversation with him. With her words, Quinn sets in motion events that lead to an emotional journey of finding what’s important and opening yourself up to love.

Levi Sutton does not celebrate Christmas and walks through life in a haze. Everything was taken from him in a matter of weeks during this time of year seven years ago. Levi is a shattered man. His revulsion to the holidays is a magnitude of no other, especially the last two weeks in December. Seven years ago he lost everything that mattered in his life. Does this seem dark? Yes it is tragic BUT Levi deep down is a man who was and still is passionate and funny; he believes that wishes and miracles can only come true when unicorns fart glitter. There is one particular line in a very specific situation that Levi and Quinn find themselves Levi makes a statement that made me laugh so hard I was snorting!

If you have read this series you are going to jump for joy that you have this novella. If you haven’t read the series you can click this one up and read it first but I can promise you that you are going to then want to go back and grab the other books you have missed.
This is such a great story. Upon finishing I immediately went and clicked up the boxed series.

This is why you should stalk Tracy’s blog, Ramblings From Beneath The Sheets. There are amazing books on the page that you probably would have missed listed daily! This is the same blog where this review will post! LOVE THIS BOOK! LOVE THIS FAMILY! Heading back to read the others.
