Amy's 5 star Review of Stitch (Satan's Fury MC) by L. Wilder

From New York Times and USA Today Best Selling author L Wilder

Stitch
As the club Enforcer, Stitch is the man chosen to protect the club. There are no limits to his brutality, no lines drawn in the sand. The club is his life, and he’ll do whatever it takes to keep his brothers safe.

He’s a man who keeps to himself, guarding the walls that he secured so long ago. Then, one moment, one chance meeting, changes everything.

Wren
Life for Wren and her son, Wyatt, isn’t exactly easy. Yet, Wren faces each day with determination and courage. Wyatt is her joy and motivation; for him, she will find a way to make their lives better, even when obstacles are continually thrown in her path. The last thing she needs is another complication, but what is life without complications?

Stitch appears when they need him the most, protecting them when no one else can. Wren can’t understand it. She should feel threatened by his bulging muscles and menacing tattoos, but she’s somehow able to see past the mysterious biker to the man inside. She is drawn to him for reasons she can’t even begin to comprehend. All she knows is that her body craves his touch.

Can Stitch let his guard down and allow these two strangers into his heart? Can Wren see beyond the scars of her past long enough to let him in, or will her fear drive him away?

** This book is intended for readers 18 years or older due to bad language, violence, and explicit sex scenes. Stitch is a standalone romance, but you may also be interested in reading Maverick: Satan's Fury MC

His parents killed in a car crash, Griffin (Stitch) has endured torturous abuse at the hands of his Grandfather. He never touched his sister Emerson and if he ever did he would have killed him. After the beating that almost took his life, Emerson helped him run. Running made him the man he is today. Club Enforcer .. He will protect the only family he has ever known with his life with the exception of his sister. There is nothing he wont do to keep his brothers safe. Keeping to himself, a chance encounter changes everything.

When Wren met Michael she thought he was the love of her life. Things changed. Michael wasn't thrilled she got pregnant as soon as she did and she saw the rage he was capable of; she suffered at his hands. She should have left him the first time but the finally straw was when Wyatt was diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome. Michael hated his son was different and finally Wren knew she had to leave for the sage of Wyatt’s safety. Wren hates it that Wyatt still has to see her father but at least the visits are supervised by Mrs. Daniels. Wren is able to handle Wyatt going for a few hours until her biggest fear comes to fruition. The phone call she always dreaded changes her life forever.

This is a truly wonderful story between a boy who survived to become a protector, a eight year old who finds a friend he can trust in a bearded man named Stitch, and a woman who learns to trust and love fully once again. In the midst of all of this the club is at war fighting against the evil that lurks in the shadows. Maverick and the crew are all there with also the introduction of some new characters.

I absolutely love Stitch, Wren and Wyatt. These characters are written so wonderfully you feel as if you know them and would love to be a part of their extended family. This is just a great read. Stitch has it all .. love, mystery, MC men and all the twists, turns, and whoa nail biting moments you desire.

Stitch is a standalone romance, but I highly suggest also reading Maverick: Satan's Fury MC. There is much to still be resolved. Someone is coming for Cotton, the President of the club, and the boys … and he is one to be feared.

GREAT read L. Wilder and that cover ... whew .... yes! I had been watching for the release of this one and clicked it right up the minute it was available. Cant wait for the next.
