I REALLY wanted to LOVE this book. Why? Because I LOVED the first two in the series. Don't get me wrong... it wasn't a 1 or 2 stars awful..... I just felt like it was missing a lot of the drama and angst that the first two in the series had. I wanted Irish to be the Alpha male we all love and he wasn't. Don't get me wrong, Gina can still write some panty dropping sex scenes.... I just wanted more from Irish's character. I felt the drama that Kat did bring was kind of blah......I loved the two of them together as a couple. I wanted to love the story of their pasts that made them the way they are. I am seeing a lot of 5 star reviews for this one and so please do not make my not loving it sway your opinion. Because, it was a good book. Just not as great as the first two in my opinion. It was just lacking something......
