Synopsis -

My Review ---->
When Jessa Pierce, a District Attorney, puts away a bad guy, a man feared by everyone, her life becomes at risk. We are talking "Witness Protection Program" and Dalton Avery is assigned to do the "protecting". We are taken on a journey where Jessa's life is turned upside down. She is a strong, independent woman and wants no part of being protected by Dalton. The attraction and chemistry between the two of them is spot on. This is a bumpy ride full of action, mystery, suspense and of course love.
We have a few cameo appearances from characters in other Leigh Ann books - which I found to be awesome!
Dalton swore to protect her. What happens when he lets his feelings for her get in the way of doing the job he was assigned to do? Can one moment of weakness cause a bigger problem for the two of them? Will Jessa ever really let her guard down and allow Dalton in?
