After the love of her life walks out the door, Abby Simmons is depressed, run down, and overwhelmed. Working long days as an attorney in a busy firm is sucking the life out of her and Abby feels she is at the end of her rope. Then, a co-worker recommends a new type of spa called Paradise. He promises their therapies will shake off her lethargy and help her to regain her sparkle. Skeptical, but very curious, Abby decides to visit the establishment. At first, what she hears sounds too good to be true, but soon Abby uncovers a whole new world of pleasure that quickly becomes her undoing.
Step behind the door to embark on a journey where surrendering to desire is only the beginning. Welcome to Paradise.

This is a four part series.
Behind the Door is the beginning of a four part series by these two wonderful authors. The first installment is a quick read with lots of interesting “things” going on.
Abby has had her heart wrecked by the man she loved. Its consuming her. Her friends and co workers are becoming concerned as Abby is not herself and does not seem to be handling the situation well or much less at all. Roman privately tells Abby she needs to go to Paradise. This is not a secluded spot on the beach my friends or a cabin on a snowy mountain .. oh no … this place is something else and Abby is about to find out what Paradise really is.
James is the only person that catches Abby’s eye in the least but she knows he will never give her the time of day. Grayson is the bosses son and a lawyer at the firm. He is tired of seeing Abby look like the walking dead and not living her life. Yes he has a reputation with the ladies and of course he wants to “bang” Abby back to her old self. Abby knows though that she needs to find out who she is and how to move forward. Heading towards that door in Paradise will change her …. And there are so many more doors to open after the first.
I did have to kind of laugh at the title Mr Hands .. but other than that this was a good short read. There is a cliffy of course and its very interesting to say the least. A new venture for Abby … yup .. she is on her way; looks like she is headed to …. And she isn’t going alone. I received this ARC for an honest review. Review to post to Ramblings From Beneath The Sheets.
